Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled top-floor (3rd floor) condo has 2-bedrooms and a loft, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. The main living room has plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and detached full bathroom. Sleeping loft provides space for 4 more guests. All three bedding areas do have TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a home-cooked meal or throw some burgers on the BBQ grill. Door-to-Door shuttle service throughout Park City is provided by High Valley transit and is free. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and smart TVs. There is also a private washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom Guest Bedroom: Queen (shares guest bathroom with Loft) Loft: 1 queen bed and a set of twin bunks (1 queen & 2 twin beds) Along with the home, you'll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. This is a perfect choice to stay and enjoy your vacation in Park City! **Pet Policy:** If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 1 dog, no cats allowed). Powderwood Luxe was a great vacation condo. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Right next to the paved biking trail and free bus route. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
We had 2 families with a total of 7 people and this place was great for us all. The dining room seating was small but we made it work by using the small table and 2 chairs in the living room. There is no crockpot or baking dishes in the unit which would be an added bonus to have these items. The washer and dryer work great which was nice as there is not any extra towels for the hot tub. The on demand public transportation only allows you to book a ride for 4 people and only goes as far as canyon village. There is a bus stop which is about a 5 minute walk from the unit which we used once as it was very time consuming and crowded. We did find out you can park for free in the car pool lot by park city mountain if you have 4 or more people which was super convenient. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would stay here again!

Great location to spend the Holidays! Check in and check out process was super convenient.
We are family of four with tween and teen boys. We took 2 dogs with us. We don’t like congestion and crowded areas, but enjoys the convenience and spaces. This apartment was perfect spot for us. Close to all the stores and walking distance to outlet mall, about 17 min drive to Canyon ski resort and 15 min to Parkcity West Ski resort. Although apartment was on 3rd floor, dog walking trail was just next to stairway. We enjoyed what Park City offers without crowd!
We spent a week at Powder Hood with my parents and three young kids, and couldn’t have hoped for a better apartment near the slopes! We skied every day and found easy parking at Canyons Village. The apartment was amazing, kitchen very well stocked, renovated with taste, and wonderful for families! The kids had their own areas, with games, upstairs, and everyone had an excellent time!
We had a great time in this condo. The loft with the bunk beds was the coolest part. We were able to make a full thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. It was best if only 1-2 people were in the kitchen at a time. It can get pretty warm at night even though it was freezing outside! The fans were very useful. Having a tv in every room was luxurious! Master bedroom is quite large. Jeff - who helped me through the entire process was very attentive and responded to me immediately. I was able to text him which made it even easier. It was conveniently located as well. We could walk to the outlets and the bus stop. To get to restaurant row was a 4-7 minute drive and to get to the ski resort was about a 10-15 minute drive - there was Black Friday traffic though so maybe it’s shorter. It’s also right next to Whole Foods. We had a great time and it was clean, warm and quite modern! There is more decor than shown in the photos. Thanks Jeff!
