Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and room for all, with an additional half-bath for convenience. Additional amenities include a fireplace, air conditioning, a 2-car garage, and a private patio that is fenced which includes a BBQ and seating ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. I want to first thank Jeff of Utah Escapes. Jeff was very courteous and helpful in the booking process and had good communication throughout the stay. The home was very spacious for our party of 6, as well as clean. The setting of the home is perfect, just outside of Kanab, with a beautiful backdrop setting of the area. All of the beds were very comfortable and seemed new (a huge plus for my back issues). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is decently stocked, has a crockpot and a drip coffee maker, but not a K-cup style. A huge plus was being able to park in the garage, with a garage opener provided! This was great for loading and unloading as needed, and not in the elements. Our kids loved using the pool and Pickle Board courts while at the house. We purchased a medium size cooler while visiting and left it at the house for future vacationers. Having this was a must for the trails and heat! Great place, don’t hesitate to book it.
